Q How much will it cost to repair my machine?
A All repairs start with a checkout, Mowers and most residential equipment carry a $30.checkout charge. Lawn tractors and commercial style equipment is $75 to checkout.. The entire checkout charge is credited to the repair of the machine if there is one performed.
Q Do you have pick up & deleivery service?
A yes we do provide pick up & deleivery service by appointment only,cost of this service is according to location(please call for a price quote)
Q What is the average turn around time ?
A In most cases turn around time is 2-3 days but alot depends on when your machine comes in and the avalibilty of parts and the type of repair,
Q What form of payment do you accept?
A We accept all major credit cards,debit cards,checks and cash.
Q Do i need an appointment to have my machine repaired?
A We do not take appointments, all repairs are on a first come first served ,
Q Do you repair lawn and garden tractors?
A Yes we repair all lawn and garden tractors, the shop is 2,750.00 square foot so we have plenty of room.
Q Is my equipment safe if needed overnight?
A Nothing is stored outside,every piece of equipment is stored inside the shop under lock and key and fully protected from the elements.
